Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and ship from our headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. Shipping times vary by location:
- 1-2 Days: California + Southwestern states
- 3-4 Days: Texas, Pacific Northwest, Midwest
- 4-6 Days: Southern + Northeastern states
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 and free local delivery in Costa Mesa and surrounding Orange County areas. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Continental US:
- Orders over $50: Free Standard Ground Shipping via UPS
- Orders under $50: Standard Ground Shipping Rate via UPS
Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories:
- Standard shipping unavailable
- 2-Day Air: $25 minimum
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged product for a free replacement. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, address errors, or shipping carrier issues.
