At Wickid Candle, we want you to love every purchase. If there’s ever an issue, we won't stop until we make it right.

  • Dissatisfied with Your Purchase: If the product didn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer store credit or a refund.
  • Performance Issues: If your candle fails to perform as it should, you can always return it for a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives broken, just shoot us a photo of the damage, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
  • For Events, refer to the Eventbrite policy.
