What are the opening order and reorder requirements?
The Wickid Retailer Starter Collection includes 24 candles at $12 each: $288 wholesale. The suggested retail value is $576 at the current $24 MSRP, representing a 50% retailer gross margin at MSRP. Standard reorders have a 24-unit minimum at $12 per newly purchased candle, and retailers may mix approved fragrances.
How does the Fragrance Refresh Program work?
Wholesale accounts in good standing may request approved exchanges as part of a qualifying 24-unit replenishment. At least 12 units must be newly purchased; up to 12 may be approved exchanges. Returned candles must be unused, undamaged, current Wickid inventory and resaleable. Exchanges require approval. Local exchanges may coordinate with scheduled delivery; shipped accounts pay return freight unless Wickid approves otherwise. Seasonal merchandise is not automatically eligible after its selling season, custom/private-label products are excluded, and replacement inventory is provided instead of cash refunds.
What is Subscription Replenishment?
Retailers may request a 30- or 60-day scheduled replenishment plan. Subscription partners receive preferred wholesale pricing, predictable replenishment and easier assortment management, with eligible Fragrance Refresh exchanges coordinated where appropriate. Final preferred pricing is confirmed directly; no recurring billing is created through this page.
Where does Wickid deliver wholesale orders?
Complimentary scheduled delivery is available on qualifying orders in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties, subject to scheduled routes and availability. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee based on location and availability. Retailers outside the Southern California service area initially pay shipping.
What are the payment and lead-time expectations?
New wholesale accounts pay in full before fulfillment. Standard production and fulfillment is approximately 7–14 business days, depending on inventory, material availability and order size. An exact fulfillment or delivery date is confirmed with the order.
Is territory protection available?
Territory protection may be available to qualifying partners based on location, purchasing volume, reorder consistency and account standing. It is evaluated individually and is not guaranteed.
How are damages, defects and returns handled?
Standard wholesale purchases are final sale, with reasonable support for verified damage, product defects or Wickid fulfillment errors. Wickid addresses verified damage occurring before or during Wickid-controlled delivery; damage after completed delivery is generally the retailer's responsibility. Fragrance Refresh is the primary support option for eligible slower-moving inventory.
Does Wickid offer Custom & Private Label candles?
Yes. Custom and private-label projects are quoted individually based on quantity, vessel, fragrance, label or glass decoration, packaging, development/setup requirements and delivery. Use the inquiry form to describe your project.
Are tester candles included?
No complimentary tester-candle program is offered. Wickid candles can be opened and smelled at retail.
How should retailers price Wickid candles?
The current suggested retail price is $24 per 8 oz candle. Retailers are encouraged to maintain Wickid's premium brand positioning.
